Having a safe space to pour out your heart, especially to someone who knows where you're coming from, and can guide your reflection process, is like therapy. With me, you can be vulnerable and transparent about your whatever feels pressing.
I believe slow pacing is growth. It’s okay to not get the answers “right now,” as long as you keep working on yourself. And, I’m here to cheer you all the way through. I’ll help you make a shift from being critical to finding an optimistic headspace where self-compassion guides your actions.
I’ll help you keep tabs on your long-term goals in a gentle way so you don’t feel chased or pressed for time, but wholly motivated to achieve them. We will design an action and level of accountability at the end of every session, so you will always walk away with progress.
You want to master your ADHD, and in your heart, you’re ready to start. But, if your brain is already worrying about “the end”—let's just say I know a thing or two about decision paralysis.
I can help you, and this is why I’m inviting you to take this one first step:
ADHD coaching involves working with someone who can educate you about ADHD and help you uncover your hidden strengths so you can leverage them to get ahead. As an ADHD coach, this is 100% what I do, and my clients agree.
Yes, coaching is an effective nonmedical approach to managing ADHD. It’s more about mindset shifts, developing coping tools and strategies, and professional guidance.
Untreated ADHD causes problems throughout one’s life—continuous difficulty with staying focused, frustration, leaving things halfway done, and low self-esteem, But, coaching teaches you how to focus amidst distractions and adopt a positive outlook about yourself.
Totally! Of course, I’m biased since this is what I do. But really—
ADHD coaching helps. It’s transformed my life, as well as my clients. Through coaching, you’ll have improved executive function skills, better self-esteem, and happier life overall.
By learning to embrace your identity and manage ADHD, you’d become a more productive and happier person. And this is precisely what I help others do. I help them get ahead in life, with ADHD.
Yup, sure do! I can provide you with an invoice to submit to your HSA/FSA account. We can also discuss payments, and I have limited spots available for financial assistance if needed.
